About

Community College Pathways for Foster Youth (CCP) is an initiative designed to assist campus programs in improving college and career outcomes for former foster youth at eleven California community colleges. CCP is supported by the Walter S. Johnson Foundation, the Stuart Foundation, and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation and operates in close partnership with California College Pathways. In addition, CCP aligns its strategic goals with those of the California Community College Chancellor’s Office Foster Youth Success Initiative (FYSI).  The Community of Practice (CoP) website serves as a web-based community for the participating community colleges.  Please check the site regularly to particpate in cross-site conversations and learn about upcoming events and activities.
