John Burton Foundation just released a THP Plus Policy Brief. This study analyzed the demographics and outcomes of more than 450 young adults who exited from the THP-Plus program during the first three quarters of fiscal year 2010-11 in order to identify potential implications for the implementation of extended foster care in California.
