Journey To Change Conference

CLP is co-hosting the Journey To Change Conference this year along with Casey Family Programs and the Foster Youth Alliance.  This year’s theme is Rising Above and Realizing Our Full Potential.  

Workshop proposals are due January 21st.  The conference will take place on Friday, April 27, 2012, and will bring together 150 youth, young adults and professionals to share promising practices and innovations, renew our shared commitment to meaningful youth engagement, and initiate unprecedented collaboration to support youth in their Journey to Change.
